One to two day workshops ranging from Mental Health therapy subjects to Yoga Philosophy, taking care of the individual in an immersive experience.
Three to five day experiences catering towards different themes and topics, leaving the individual at peace and refreshed – mind, body & soul.

CBT: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT is focused on changing our thought patterns to create healthier ones. This form of therapy is first line treatment for therapy in depression and anxiety across the world. It’s statistically proven to be just as effective as antidepressants, if not more, with up to a 75% success rate. Unlike antidepressants, CBT is a tool you can use throughout your life with no side effects, and it’s something that gets stronger with practice. It’s like going to the gym but mentally, and once you know how to do it, it’s always there to use.
DBT: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
DBT is focused on using skills to better manage our emotions. This form of therapy is about better understanding our emotions, where they come from and how to cope with them as well as validating our personal experiences.
Yoga with Meditation
Our yoga classes are good for all levels and access points focusing mostly on the Hatha style (gentle and slow) as well as Restorative (meditative, relaxing). We end the class with breath work and meditation to better slow down our minds, allowing everything we’ve learned to resonate.
